It is the beginning of a new era
The Corporate Office Park at Dulles Town Center sets new standards of the new century.
As the world enters the new millennium, the focus of business continues to shift from traditional downtown employment center to new, planned suburban environments that offer the highest levels of convenience, comfort, and choice of lifestyle amenities. Dulles Town Center has been planned for those who believe that time is the most precious commodity and that quality of life is essential.
Adjacent is the Dulles Town Center mall, providing exciting possibilities for shopping, dining, and entertainment. Anchored by Macy's, Lord & Taylor, Sears, JCPenney, Nordstrom, LA Fitness and Dick's Sporting Goods, the mall is home to more than 185 shops and restaurants.
The Regal Entertainment Group (NYSE: RGC), the largest and most geographically diverse theatre circuit in the United States, has signed an agreement for a 10-screen state-of-the-art cinema to open at Dulles Town Center. The theater will contain approximately 2,000 stadium seats, and all-digital projection for 10 screens including a giant screen presentation called the Regal Premium Experience. Groundbreaking is scheduled for later this year, with a planned opening in early 2014.
